The USBA Board of Directors have made some significant changes to the official USBA 3-Cushion Rules. The main purpose of the changes was to come as close as possible to the official UMB (World Governing Body for 3-Cushion) Rules. All of the UMB rules were not enacted and some rules remain exclusive to the USBA. Also, many rules were "cleaned up".
